Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Boba Crafters. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We currently only ship to locations within the continental United States.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Cut-off time for processing and shipping orders on business days will be at 5:00 pm PST. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. All updates for the shipment will be sent via email provided. If the package is damage, please provide photo evidence to team@bobacrafters.com and we will investigate this issue. Upon completion of our investigation, if it is determined that the damage was not caused by the shipping carrier, another order will be sent free of charge, or a full refund will be provided, if requested.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Delays in deliveries can occasionally occur.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Current carriers include USPS. The shipping time and cost will be determined by the selection at checkout. We currently only offer USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) and USPS Priority (1-3 business days).

Boba Crafters ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Boba Crafters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Boba Crafters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
