Refund policy

Returns and Defective Claims

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. 

If the products are damaged or defective, please send a clear photo of the damaged or defective item to our email at team@bobacrafters.com. Each case will be reviewed carefully, and if approved, we will ship a replacement product at no cost or issue a full refund at the customer's request.

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of order confirmation.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request based on our review process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
